I spent many years working as an entrepreneur, running my own company with a team of 25 and carrying responsibility every day. Over time, I realized this was not a life, but a constant state of operation.

It was in nature that I rediscovered what often gets lost in everyday life: silence. From that experience, Dalarna Moments was created. A place for people who carry a great deal and want to hear themselves again.
